摘要
采用电刺激减压神经及牵拉颈动脉窦的方法兴奋压力感受器,观察在产生减压效应时,血浆及某些脑区内神经降压素含量的改变,以探讨其在家兔压力感受性反射中的作用.结果表明,电刺激减压神经及牵拉颈动脉窦产生明显的减压效应时,家兔延髓、垂体、下丘脑及血浆内神经降压素含量明显增高.提示内源性神经降压素可能参与家兔压力感受性反射的调节过程.
We measured the contents of immunoreactive meurotensin (NTIR) in plasm and some brain areas when the baroreceptor was excited by the stimulation of the depressor nerve and the stretch of the carotid sinus. The results showed that the contents of NTIR in the medulla,pituitary,hypothalamus and plasma increased markedly when the depressor nerve was stimulated and the carotid sinus stretched. This indicates that endoneous NT may be involved in the regulation mechanism of baroreceptor reflex in rabbits.
