摘要
采用孤束核微量注射及荧光分光光度测定的方法,探讨了孤束核内神经降压素对压力感受性反射的影响。结果显示,①孤束核内注射神经降压素,可使静脉注射新福林所致升压反应显著减弱,并呈明显的量效依赖关系。该核内注射抗神经降压素血清,上述升压反应显著加强。②孤束核内注射神经降压素后,兴奋压力感受器,可使孤束核内去甲肾上腺素含量明显增高。结果提示,大鼠孤束核内神经降压素可能参与压力感受性反射的调节过程,对该反射的交感抑制成份起易化作用,其作用机制与去甲肾上腺素的合成或释放有关。
We studied the effect and mechanism of neuteronsin (NT) on baroreflex in
rats by using microinjections and spectrophotofluorometry. The results were as
follows: ①After NT (1μg/μl) was microinjected into the nucleus of the solitary
tract (NTS), the pressor response to intravenously administered phenylephrine was
markedly inhibited, but no change of heart rate was found. In most animals the
injection of NT (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0μg/μl) induced a dosedependent inhibition on
the pressor response. ②After antiserum of NT was microinjected into the NTS,
the pressor response to intravenously administered phenylephrine was markedly
increased without any change in heart rate ③ After the injection of
NT (1μg/μl) into NTS, the content of noradrenaline increased markedly when
phenylephrine was injected intravenously. The results suggest that NT in NTS may
facilitate the sympathetic inhibition of baroreflex, and it may affect baroreflex
through another transmitter-noradrenaline.
