摘要
目的:探讨支链氨基酸(branched-chainaminoacid,BCAA)对运动后肌肉损伤的保护作用。方法:20名划船运动员用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=10)和实验组(n=10),实验组服用BCAA,对照组不服用BCAA,共4周。4周后运动员在划船测功仪上模拟2km和5km比赛训练,测定运动前、运动后即刻和运动后30min血肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性。结果:对照组运动员血清CK(μmol/s)和LDH(μmol/s)活性在运动后即刻(CK:5.48±2.27;LDH:4.73±0.93)和运动后30min(CK:5.82±1.87;LDH:4.83±2.38)均增加,差异有显著性意义(t=2.89,2.36;P均<0.05)。BCAA组运动员血清CK和LDH活性在运动后即刻(CK:4.42±1.55;LDH:4.00±0.68)与运动前(CK:3.85±1.23;LDH:3.77±0.72)相比有增加,但没有显著性意义(t=2.24,2.31;P均<0.05),且明显低于对照组在运动后即刻的值,运动后30min(CK:4.68±2.05;LDH:4.58±1.10)与运动前比较则有十分显著性的增加,其中CK活性也明显低于对照组在运动后30min的值。结论:补充BCAA能降低运动后血清中CK和LDH活性,有效保护肌肉组织,减轻肌肉组织的损伤。
AIM:To investigate the eff ec ts of branch ed-chain amino acid(BCAA)supplementation on training-induced mu scle damage after prolonged exe r-cise.METHODS:Twenty rowing athletes were ra ndoml y divided into control group(n=10)and experiment group(n=10),th e experiment group took medicine BCAA,the other group didn' t for 4weeks.The athletes were tested on a rowing ergometer for 2km?5km after 4weeks.The act ivity of serum creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and alanine am inotransferase(ALT)were detected at pre-exercise and im mediately fol-lowing exercise and 30min postexerc ise .RESULTS:In control group,the blood serum of C K(μmol /s)and LDH(μmol /s)increased(t=2.89,2.36;P<0 .05)at the immediately following exercise(CK:5.48±2.27;LDH:4. 73±0.93)and 30min postexercise(CK:5.82±1.87;LDH:4.83 ±2.38),had significant differences com-pared with pre-exercise.In BCAA gro up,the blood serum of CK(μmol /s)and LDH(μmol /s)increased(t=2 .24,2.31;P<0.05)at the immedi-ately following exercise(CK:4. 42±1.55;LDH:4.00±0.68)compared with pre-exercise(CK:3.8 5±1.23;LDH:3.77±0.72),but no significant differences and obv iously lower than the values in the immediately follo wing exercise in control g roup.There were also increases at 30min postexercise(CK:4.68±2.05 ;LDH:4.58±1.10)compared with pre-exercise in BCAA group,the CK act ivity was much l ower than 30min postexercise in control group.CONCLUSIONS:S upplementary BCAA can decrease act ivity of CK and LDH to protect muscle tissue effecti vely and reduce the muscle tissue dam-age.
