军队优秀中青年医学科技人员是实现军队医院现代化建设的关键。提出了军队中青年医学科技人员应具备的各种基本素质和能力,阐明了培养选择机制中公平竞争的重要性及培养过程中应注意的导向问题。
The excellent middle and young - age intellectuals of medicine in the army are the key to realize the modernization construction of our army.
