摘要
本文以医院中45岁以下的医务科技人员为研究对象,对他们进行成才因素分析.经成组比较t检验,X^2,检验,逐步判别分析法,发现了一些对成才具有显著作用的因素,如基础、专业知识,外语程度,观察、思维、想象、创造等能力,并建立了判别模型.
Some talent - enabling factors for hospital technical staff members under 45yr of age were analyzedusing group t test, x2 test and progressive discriminative analysis. Some significant talent-enabling factors were noticed, such as the basic and prolessional knowledge in specific field, the foreign language capability, the observation and thinking power, the imaginative and creative capacity. A discriminativemodel was established.
