摘要
应用兔抗5 HT、DA、NE和GnRH多克隆抗体对长牡蛎不同发育时期卵巢进行免疫组织化学定位研究.结果显示,这些神经递质和调节肽免疫活性物质分布在不同发育时期卵母细胞的生殖被膜、胞质和核膜,而生发泡(核)显免疫阴性反应.表明这4种调节物可能参与调节长牡蛎卵母细胞的发育和成熟.因此,本研究将可为双壳类生殖神经内分泌学提供新的基础资料.
Immunohistochemical localization were used to investigate the distribution of the ovary of different stages in Crassostrea gigas using rabbit antipolyclonal antibodies againt 5hydroxytryptamine (5HT),dopamine (DA),norepinephrine(NE), and gonadotropin releasinghormone (GnRH). The results revealed that immunoreactive substances of three neurotransmitters and a regulatory peptide distributed in the reproductive coat, cytoplasm and nuclear membrane in the oocyte of different stages, but the germinal vesicle (nucleus) showed immunonegative reaction. It suggested that four regulatory substances might be involved to regulate the development and maturation of oocyte in Crassostrea gigas. Thus, the present study may prove new basic data for the reproductive nervous endocrinology of bivalves.
