摘要
本文用邻片免疫组织化学双标记方法,对文昌鱼脑泡中GnRH 和5HT 神经自调节及相互调节的形态学基础进行了研究。结果发现,GnRH 阳性神经元含有GnRH 受体和5HT 受体;5HT 阳性神经元含有5HT 受体和GnRH 受体。提示,文昌鱼脑泡中GnRH 和5HT 神经元存在类似哺乳动物下丘脑的自调节和相互调节机制。
Morphological basis for autoregulation and mutual regulation of GnRH and 5 HT in the cerebral vesicle of Amphioxus was studied using immunohistochemical double labeling method. The results indicated that the GnRH immunoreactive neurons contained both GnRH receptors and 5 HT receptors, meantime, 5 HT immunoreactive neurons contained both 5 HT receptors and GnRH receptors. These results illustrate that the GnRH and 5 HT neurons in the cerebral vesicle of Amphioxus may possess autoregulation or mutual regulation mechanism which was similar to those of the GnRH and 5 HT neurons in mammal hypothalamus.
