摘要
本文提出了一种新的汽车前轴室内疲劳和耐久性试验方法,即闭环控制应变模拟试验法。应用这种方法可以达到较高的应变模拟精度;结合疲劳理论(局部应力-应变法)提出了一种新的删除野外实测信号中对疲劳影响不大的小信号分量、加速试验过程的方法,它在理论上比较合理;应用相对Miner法则估计室内模拟试验与野外试验之间的当量关系。
This paper presents a new method for the indoor endurance testing of vehicle front axles——the closed-loop controlled strain-simulated testing with higher simulation accuracy. Based on the local stress-strain theory, a new method for removing trivial events contributing little to fatigue in field data is also proposed, Relative Miner′s rule is used to predict the equivalent relationship between field and indoor endurance testing.
