摘要
本文通过研究载荷谱编制中有关统计参数随不敏感带水平的变化规律,提出了最佳不敏感带设置的准则,为随机载荷统计处理过程中小载荷的合理取舍提供了依据。
By means of analyzing the change of some statistical distribution parameters with insensitive band level, this paper puts forward a method to setup optimal insensitive band in constructing fatigue load spectra, which provides a criterion for omitting small loads in counting process of random load-time history.
