摘要
介绍了应用于摩托车整车疲劳试验台的载荷谱编制的方法 ,比较了现行的对整车和试件进行疲劳载荷试验的主要方法 ,针对国产摩托车疲劳试验台及其路面谱编制方法进行了研究与探索 ,在原始振动信号预处理、零点矫正、畸点消除、载荷压缩方面提出了新的处理方法 ,提出了突峰因子法以消除失真信号 ,根据实际处理要求在压缩载荷时提出了新的门槛设定值 ,所编制的载荷谱得到了厂家的认可并已应用于疲劳试验。
The method of how to compile the motorcycle fatigue load-spectrum was introduced after comparing the fatigue test method of motorcycle and it's parts.The road spectrum of motorcycle manufactured by native factories is investigated.One named “peak parameter method” is used in ill signal eliminatig.A new threshold was determined to compress the ignal.The final load-spectrum is aceepted and applied in the fatique test.
