摘要
以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,固载杂多酸TiSiW12O40/TiO2为催化剂,合成乳酸正丁酯。经实验确定最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.1:1,其中乳酸0.1mol,催化剂用量为5%(以酸质量为基准),带带水剂环己烷5ml,反应时间1.5h,酯化率可达98.2%。
Synthesis of n-butyl lactate with TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst has been studied. The effect of factors on the yield is discussed. The optimized conditions are: the molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to lactic acid 1.1:1; the amount of TiSiW12O40/TiO2 is 5%(wt) of lactic acid; the reaction time 1.5 hour and the conversion rate of lactic acid is 98.2%.
