Effects of Nifedipine on Lipid Metabolism in Rabbits and Patients With Hyperlipidemia

摘要 本文观察了硝苯吡啶(Nif)对实验性高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化家兔脂质代谢的影响。结果表明,Nif对喂饲胆固醇(Ch)家兔有显著降低血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白Ch、载脂蛋白B,升高血浆高密度脂蛋白Ch(HDL-Ch)及其亚类HDL_2-Ch,减少主动脉组织Ch、epoB沉积和粥样病变面积的作用。并观察了37例高血压病伴高脂血症患者,其口服Nif治疗后其血脂变化与动物实验结果一致。Nif影响脂质代谢的机制可能与Nif能加强低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体途径处理LDL有关。 The effects of nifedipine on experimental hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis (AS) in cholesterol (Ch)-fed rabbits were studied. The results showed that nifedipine had significant effecta on: lowering plasma TC, TG, LDL-Ch and apoB; elevating plasma HDL-Ch and HDL_2-Ch: reducing the accumulation of Ch and apoB and the area of atherosclerctic lessionin aorta. 37 patients with essential hypertention accompanied by hyperlipidemia were clinically investigated. The changes of serum iipids were consistent with the those of animal laboratory after oral administration with nifedipine. The mechanism by which nifedipine affects lipid metabolism is probably related to the action that nifedipine can enhance LDL receptor pathway which clears up LDL.
