摘要
高脂血症Ⅱ_b型患者30例(男、女各15例,年龄60±s 10a)采用口服阿西莫司胶囊250mg,tid×2mo治疗。结果:总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白(a)均显著下降(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白A与B的比值显著升高(P<0.05)。无明显不良反应。对血糖,血尿酸,肝、肾功能均无影响。适用于治疗Ⅱ_b型高脂血症。
Thirty patients(M 15, F 15; age 60 ?10 a)with type lib hyperlipidemia received acipimox capsule 250 mg, po, tid for 2 mo. The results showed significant decreases of total cholesterol, trig-lyceride, low density lipoproteins, and Lp(a) levels(P<0.05), but rises of high density lipoproteins level and ratio of Apo A/B(P< 0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were seen. It did not influence blood sugar, uric acid, liver and kidney functions. Therefore, it is suitable for type lib hyperlipidemic patient.
