摘要
通过复制家兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,测定血浆脂蛋白、前列腺素水平、血小板聚集(PMAR)及主动脉组织 Ch、AppB 含量和粥样病变面积,探讨血浆脂蛋白与血小饭的相关性及与二者与主动脉粥样病变的相关性。结果显示:PMAR 与血浆总胆固醇(TC、r=0.727)、血浆甘油三脂(TG,r=0.502)、血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-Ch,r=0.705)、血浆载脂蛋白 B(ApoB,r=0.751)均呈直线正相关(P 均<0.01),与 HDL_2-Ch(r=-0.444),HDL-Ch/TC(r=-0.584)均呈直线负相关(P 均<0.01),主动脉组 Ch、ApoB 含量及粥样病变面积各自与血浆 ApoB,PMAR 呈正相关(P 均<0.05~0.0),而与血浆 HDL_2-Ch 里负相关(P 均<0.05~0.01)。结果提示:血浆 TC、TG、LDL-Ch、ApoB 升高具有激活血小板致 AS 作用.而 HDL_2-Ch,HDL-Ch/TC 升高再有抑制血小板抗 AS
The plasma lipoproteins,prostaglandins,platelet maximum aggregation rate(PMAR),and the content of Ch and apoB and area of atherosclerotic lession in aorta were assayed in experimertal atherosclerotic rabbits.The correlations between plasma lipoproteins and platelet activity as well as both of them and atherosclerotic lession were investigated.The results showed that PMAR has a linear posi- tive relation with plasma TC(r=0.727),TG(r=0.502),LDL-Ch(r=0.705)and apoB(r=0. 751),and a linear negative relation with HDL_2-Ch(r=—0.444)and HDL-ch/TC(r=0.584)(all P<0.01);the content of Ch and apoB and the area of atherosclerotic lesson in aorta have a linear pos- itive relation with plasma ApoB and PMAR,and a linear negative relation with plasma HDL_2-Ch(all p<0.05,0.01)respectively.The results suggested that the elevations of plasma TC,TG,LDL-Ch and ApoB could activize platelet and result atherosclerosis action.On the contrary,the elevations of HDL_2- Ch and HDL-Ch/TC would inhibit platelet activity and reduce atherosclerosis action.
