石化空气污染树木叶片内过氧化物酶同工酶的变化 被引量:2

摘要 测定了大庆石油化工污染区及非污染区的树木叶片内的过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱、酶含量及酶活性,结果表明,污染区树木叶片内的过氧化物酶的3个生化指标较对照区有明显的变化(酶的谱带增多、含量增高、活性增强).变化幅度小的树种抗石化污染的能力强,变化幅度大的抗污染能力弱.供试的6种树木抗石化污染的能力由强至弱依次为云杉、旱垂柳、中东杨、白榆、丁香、白蜡槭. The isozymogram and content and activity of isoperoxidase have been determined in tree blades in petroleum air pollution areas and unpolluted aeras of Daqing. The experiment shows that the three pollution resistance indexes of isoperoxidase have obvious changes (the band number of isozymogram and content and activity of isoperoxidase increase) compared with the trees unpolluted. The trees with small change ranges possess strong anti-pollution ability and the trees with big change ranges possess weak anti-pollution ability. The order of the anti-pollution ability of the trees observed is as follows(from strongness to weakness); Picea koraiensis, Salix matsudana, Populus berolinensis.Ulmus pumila,Syringa obvata and Acer, negundo.
