用各种浓度NaN3(Sodiumozide)处理背角无齿蚌(Anodonotawoodiana),24小时后,其肝脏酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶均发生明显的变化,随着NaN3浓度的提高,两种同工酶谱带数依次逐渐减少,在低NaN3浓度时,有新的酶带出现.
This paper studies the hereditary toxicity of chemical mutager NaN 3 with Anodonta woodiana. The zyomogram patterns of two isozymes of the liver are analsed with PAGE. Results show that the isozyme patterns of both esterase and perozidase changed distinctly after the samples were treated with NaN 3 of various concentrations for 24 hurs. The number of isozyme band of both esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme decreased when the concentration of NaN 3 increased. Some new isozyme bands appeared when the concentration of NaN 3 was low (0.06mM). Carotene was found to have some effect of detoxifying NaN 3.
