摘要
综述阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)患者术前、术中、术后的监测和护理特点。对OSAS患者术前要进行呼吸道和循环系统的监测;术中要注意血氧饱和度、血压、心功能情况;术后1～2d内应严密监测病情变化。护理要点包括:保持呼吸道通畅、观察生命体征变化、适当饮食及及时补液等。
This paper summarizes the experience in pre-, intra-and post-operative surveillance of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and discusses nursing characteristics of such patients. It is necessary to evaluate the respiratory tract and the circulative system before operation, and monitor blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure and cardiac function during the operation. The critical time of postoperative nursing care is at 1～2 days after operation and at 2 weeks when local swelling has subsided completely. The main nursing points include patency of the respiratory tract, change of vital signs, dietary support and fluid replacement. Proper monitoring of parameters and nursing are critical to minimize mortality of OSAS patients.
