摘要
目的 :研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者术前使用氟哌啶对血压、心率的影响及抗焦虑作用。方法 :60例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者随机分为两组 ,术前一组用氟哌啶 2 5mg ,另一组用苯巴比妥钠0 1g ,观察用药前后血压、心率以及抗焦虑作用。结果 :氟哌啶组用药后收缩压、心率明显低于苯巴比妥纳组 ,氟哌啶抗焦虑作用明显强于苯巴比妥钠。结论 :阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者术前用药可首选氟哌啶。
Objective:To investigate the effect of droperidol on blood pressure and heart ratio(HR) in preoperation of OSAS.Method:60 cases with OSAS were randomly divided into two groups;one was given 2 5mg droperidol preoperative,the other was given 0.lg phenobarbital preoperative.Result:Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and HR were significantly lower in the former group than those in the latter group,and anxiousness was weaker in the former group.Conclusion:Droperidol can be used as the first choice in the preoperative of OSAS.
