摘要
本文从人力资源管理制度建设的预期目标入手,通过对目前我国图书馆人力资源管理现状与问题的分析,说明图书馆人力资源管理制度建设的关键在于技术与管理实践的有机融合,着重讨论了当前需要解决的核心人力资源技术和管理两个问题。
The paper presents the critical factors in establishing human resources management system to integrate managerial techniques into practice, through analyzing the situation and problems in the library ' s human resources management. And furthermore, it also considers the crucial issues concerning the core of the managerial techniques.
