摘要
针对我国图书馆人力资源的现状,将管理学的人力资源理论与图书馆人力资源的开发实践相结合,探讨了网络环境下图书馆人力资源开发的设想。
According to the current situation of the human resources in the library of our country and combining the theory of the human resource in the management science with the devolpment of human resources of libary this paper discusses the development of human resources of library in the network circumestances.
