摘要
人力资源管理是各行各业在市场竞争中取胜的必要保证。本文对现有图书馆人力资源结构进行了分析与对照,阐述了当前图书馆人力资源管理的特点、必要性和作用及入世对图书馆人力资源管理与发展所带来的机遇。
Human resources management is indispensable guaranty for all kinds of professions which prevail in the market emulation. The article analyzes and contrasts the existing human resources structure of library, expounding the quality, necessity and function of human resources management in library at present and the opportunity brought by entering the World Trade for human resources management and development in library.
