摘要
①目的 探讨CT对颅内动脉瘤 (AN)破裂出血的诊断价值。②方法 回顾性分析 12 7例CT检查表现为蛛网膜下隙出血 (SAH)并拟诊为AN的临床病例资料。③结果 AN破裂所致的SAH及脑内血肿 ,在CT上的表现有一定的特征性。④结论 通过CT分析可以初步对AN破裂出血进行定性诊断 ,对指导AN的进一步检查。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for intracranial aneurysm. Methods One hundred and twenty-seven patients who displayed subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)on CT diagnosed as having intracranial aneurysm were reviewed retrospectively. Results SAH caused by the ruptured aneurysm showed its features on CT. Conclusion The qualitative and topical diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm by CT is conducive to further examination and treatment of the disease.
