摘要
①目的 探讨隧道式小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。②方法 回顾性分析了行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的硬核白内障病人 115例 (12 8只眼 )的临床资料。③结果 12 8只眼中的 113只眼术后矫正视力由术前光感至眼前手动提高到 0 .4以上 ,其中 76只眼达到 0 .9以上。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of dense cataract by tunnel-like small-incision extirpation with non-phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Methods The clinical results of 128 dense cataract eyes treated with small-incision extirpation and non-phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were analysed retrospectively. Results The vision of 113 in 128 eyes was raised to over 0.4 after operation and 76 of them reached over 0.9 compared with LP/HM before the treatment. Conclusion The turnnel-like small-incision extirpation is effective for dense cataract.
