摘要
目的 了解百赖式小切口晶状体摘出联合人工晶状体植入术对角膜内皮的影响。方法 对 2 7例 (2 7眼 )百赖式小切口人工晶状体植入术进行术前及术后的角膜内皮细胞检测 ,并做比较。结果 术后第 3天 2 7例的平均视力为 0 7,角膜内皮细胞计数 2 7例在术前术后平均为 15 0 3 44cell/mm2 和 135 4 0 3cell/mm2 ,角膜内皮细胞的平均损失率为 11 1%。结论 百赖式小切口晶状体摘出联合人工晶状体植入术较传统晶状体囊外摘出增加了晶状体圈匙捞取晶状体核的步骤 。
Objective To study the influence of Momose small incision ECCE and IOL on corneal endothelium.Methods To research the corneal endothelium cell in preoperation and postoperation of Momose small incision ECCE in 27 cases(27 eyes )and compare with each other.Results the average visual acuity is 0.7 in 3 rd day after operation in 27 cases.The average corneal endothelium cell was 1503.44 cell/mm 2 before operation,1354.03 cell/mm 2 after operation.The rate of lose of cornea endothelium cell is 11.1%.Conclusion In the process of Momose small incision ECCE and IOL,although we use the lens loop to remove the nucleus,the technique dose not enlarge the influence of cornea endothelium.
