摘要
目的:探讨改良小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的手术效果及在基层防盲治盲中的应用。方法:对2008-09/11278例278眼行改良小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术。结果:278例278眼患者术后视力明显提高,脱盲率100%。结论:改良小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术是一种安全、可靠、经济的手术方法。
AIM：To study the effects and application of improved small incision cataract extraction associated with intraocular lens（IOL） implantation. METHODS： All 278 cases （278 eyes） between September and November in 2008 accepted improved small incision cataract extraction associated with IOL implantation. RESULTS： All 278 cases （278 eyes） obtained obviously improved vision. The rehabilitated rate of blindness reached 100%. CONCLUSION： Improved small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction associated with IOL implantation is effective, safe and economical. It can be popularized in blindness prevention and treatment in basic hospitals.
