杜仲叶水溶性活性成分提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交设计实验研究了有机溶剂体积分数、提取次数、提取时间和料液比对杜仲叶水溶性活性成分提取的影响,确定了最佳提取工艺,实验中发现,有机溶剂体积分数影响最大,提取时间和提取次数影响次之,料液比影响不大. In order to optimize the technology of extracting process of watersoluble active components of Folium Eucommiae, L9(34) orthogonal layout were used to select the best conditions by different processing methods of Folium Eucommiae with different specifications: volume shares of solvent (A), times of extracting(B), time of extracting(C) and ratio of materials to solvent (D). Results: The best condition was A1B2C1D2. The factor A effected its quality the most, B and C secondly, D least and insignificantly.
