摘要 目的:优选提取红花中黄酮的最佳条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交法优化红花中黄酮的提取,以红花中所含成分芦丁的含量为评价指标。结果:30倍于原料重的70%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次3h,提取效果最好。结论:该工艺可充分将红花中的黄酮类活性成分提取出来,提高了药材的利用率,为优化红花中黄酮的提取工艺提供了参考依据。 Objective: To select the best extracting procedure for flavone from Carthamus tinctorius L.. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting procedure for flavone from Carthamus tinctorius L., and the extracting procedure was selected with the content of rutin. Results:The flavone extracting procedure was determined with 30 times of 70% alcohol extracting 3 hours for three times. Conclusion: The flavone from Carthamus tinctorius L. can be extracted sufficiently by the extracting procedure so that it can increase the availability of Carthamus tinctorius L..
