摘要
用薄层色谱法对不同溶剂的杜仲叶提取物中环烯醚萜类活性物质的含量进行了比较。结果表明，有机溶剂提取物中活性物质的含量较高；转溶法是生产高质量杜仲叶提取物的有效方法；薄层色谱法具有简便，快速等优点。
A comparison was carried out on the contents of iridoids in the extracts of Eucommia ulmoides leaves from different solvents by thinlayer chromatography. The results showed that the contents of iridoids in the extracts of organic solvents were higher than those in the extracts of water.Orgaric solvent-water extraction method is an effective way to make high quality Eucommia leaves extracts. Thinlayer chromatography can simply and quickly measure the bioactive iridoids in Eucommia products.
