摘要
研制开发了一种钢绳芯带式输送机实时工况监测与故障诊断系统,用于实现钢绳芯带式输送机接头断裂、纵向撕带、火灾、张力超限和输送带跑偏等常见故障的分布式在线监测、诊断和预报,该系统具有通用性强、安装方便、成本低、环境适应性好等优点。
A on-line performance monitoring and fault diagnostic system of steel core belt conveyor was researched and developed for a on-line monitoring, diagnosis and prediction of a belt connection broken, lengthways broken, fire disaster, tension over limited, belt siding running and other comment faults. The system has a general application, easy installation, lower cost, environment suitability and other advantages.
