摘要
分析了矿用钢绳芯输送带纵向撕裂的机理 ,以及撕带时带式输送机落料口处缓冲托辊的受力情况 ,提出了一种新的输送带纵向撕裂监测和报警方法 ,并研制出一套新型的用于钢绳芯输送带纵向撕裂监测的实用系统 ,该系统采用应变式力传感器拾取输送带撕带时所受的附加压力 ,并以所测信号在一定时间内的积分是否超标作为撕带与否的判据 ,具有可靠性高、实时性好、抗干扰能力强和通用性好、安装方便等优点 .
The longitudinal ripping mechanism of steel cord belt was investigated, and the bearing force of assuasive idlers at loading place of trail was analyzed during the belt to be ripped. A new method was presented and a new practical system was developed to monitor the longitudinal ripping of steel cord belt by means of measuring the force of assuasive idlers at loading place of trail. By using strain transducers to measure the force the rip can be determined while the integral quantity of the signal exceeds the threshold value within certain time. This system possesses the advantages such as high reliability, fine real time performance, high anti jamming ability, good versatility, and convenient installation.
