针对钢丝绳芯输送带在运行中存在的断绳、锈蚀、接头抽动及接头粘合力下降等安全隐患,介绍了一种新型的、采用DSP采集数据的钢丝绳芯输送带在线安全检测系统,详细阐述了该系统的硬件组成、功能、特点及软件流程。
According to the safety exist in the wire ropes eonveyer belt running, introduees the hardware eonstitute, characteristics and software of a new wire ropes conveyer belt on - line safety examination system whieh adopts DSP to eolleet the data.
