摘要
主要介绍了斗轮式挖掘机斗齿采用高铬铸铁—钢双液复合浇注的铸造工艺.为防止斗齿产生夹渣,先浇注的铁液液面高度应控制在法兰盘的下表面,钢液的内浇口呈扇形外扩.在双金属过渡区(热节部位)内放置钢筋,既消除了斗齿内部缩孔,又实现了双金属的双重复合,大大提高了斗齿过渡区的强韧性.另外,双液浇注的间隔时间控制在1~1 5min之间为宜.
The paper introduced mainly foundry technique of highCr white ironsteel composite dipper teeth of bucket wheel excavator to event dipper teeth from producing slag inclusion, the height of molten iron should be controlled and reached to below surface of flange plate, ingate for molten steel extended out and formed fanshaped. When inlaying reinforcing bar into the transitional zone (hot spot location) of bimetal composite dipper teeth, its internal porosity was eliminated, and dualbimetal composite of two liquids and inlaying reinforcing bar realized, whist strength and toughness of the transitional zone of dipper teeth increased. In addition, the pouring intervallic times of the two kinds of molten metal should be controlled in 1′~1,30″well.
