挤压铸造斗齿缺陷的原因分析及其对策

摘要 对采用挤压铸造方法生产斗齿类零件过程出现的缺陷及其防治措施进行了综合分析与讨论。结果表明,挤压铸造的工艺参数和模具结构设计对制件质量的影响至关重要。当模具预热温度在(250±10)℃,浇注温度控制为1620℃时,挤压铸造比压为100MPa,保压时间为17s,模具内浇道采用扇形结构,通过对合金液充型时的流量合理控制,可以避免缺陷的产生。 Origination of defects in bucket teeth in squeeze casting and its countermeasures were ap- proached. The experimental results show that it is very important of processing parameters and struc- ture design in squeezing casting on quality of squeezing casting bucket teeth. With the preheating tem- perature of die of 250± 10 ℃, the pouring temperature of 1 620 ℃ and the forming pressure of 100 MPa for 17 s, through reasonably controlling the flow velocity in the ingate with sector structure, the defects occurred in bucket teeth by squeeze casting can be eliminated effectively.
