摘要
提出了一种制备硬质合金-钢复合材料的新工艺——埋弧自动堆焊工艺。应用该方法成功制备了硬质合金增强钢基复合材料。利用SEM、EDS、XRD等检测手段对复合材料结合界面的显微组织、物相组成进行了分析,并对复合材料的宏观硬度进行了测试。通过常温三体磨料磨损实验研究了复合材料的磨损性能。研究表明:硬质合金与钢基体为明显的冶金结合;硬质合金与钢基体间硬度过渡均匀;复合材料的相对耐磨性达正火态45钢的3.7倍。
A new method of submerged arc automatic welding was proposed, The cemented carbide/steel bimetal composite was successfully prepared. The interface microstructure and phase composition of the bimetal composite were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD and the macrohardness was measured. The three-body abrasive wear experiment was performed at the room temperature. The results show that the interface of the composite is a perfect metallurgical combination. There is a homogeneous weld pad between the cemented carbide and the steel matrix. The relative wear resistance of the bimetal composite is 3.7 times as great as the normalized 45 steel.
