电针涌泉和昆仑穴对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :观察电针表里经脉的不同穴位对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法 :采用去卵巢大鼠模型 ,应用电针肾经涌泉穴、膀胱经昆仑穴和非经非穴等方法 ,观察不同穴位对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响。结果 :模型组胫骨和平均骨密度降低 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗 1 2周后 ,肾经组和膀胱经组均能够提高胫骨和平均骨密度 (P <0 0 5 ) ,非经非穴组胫骨和平均骨密度变化不大 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 Objective: to observe the effect on osteoporosis of de ovaried rats with electrical acupuncture on different points of exterior and interior channels. Methods: by means of electrical acupuncture on Yungch'uan, Kunlun points and non points, the effect of different points on bone density of de ovaried rats was oberved. Results: tibia and average density decreased ( P <0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, tibia and average density of K and UB groups were increased ( P <0.05), while those of non-point group had no obvious change ( P >0.05). Conclusion: the effects on de ovaried rats with electrical acupuncture on points of K and UB are unanimous and relatively peculiar.
