凋亡相关基因bax和bcl-2在急性脊髓损伤中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的 :探讨bax和bcl 2在急性脊髓损伤中的表达及其意义。方法 :以大鼠脊髓压迫性损伤的动物模型 ,采用RT PCR技术检测bax和bcl 2基因mRNA转录水平。结果 :急性脊髓损伤后bax基因mRNA转录水平升高而bcl 2基因mRNA转录水平下降。结论 :bax和bcl Objective: Our aim was to investigate the expression and significance of bax and bcl-2 gene in acute spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: In rat models, we performed RT-PCR to define the transcriptional level of bax and bcl-2 gene. Results: The transcriptional level of bax gene was elevated while that of bcl-2 gene decreased after acute SCI. Conclusion: Bax and bcl-2 gene were related with the origination and development of acute SCI.
