摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法 ,研究了奥氏体化温度和时间对 2 7SiMn钢组织和性能的影响。试验表明 ,在 (830~ 930 )℃范围内奥氏体化温度越高、保温时间越短 ,2 7SiMn钢强硬性越高 ,零保温淬火后强硬性最高。
The effect of austenitizing temperature and time on microstructure and property of 27SiMn steel was researched by the orthogonal regressive principle.The experiment results show that the strength and hardness of this steel are higher with austenitizing temperature higher and time shorter within (830~930)℃.The highest strength and hardness is by zero time holding quenching.
