摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了硅、稀土元素对ZA27合金力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,硅、稀土元素对合金的抗压强度、冲击韧性产生显著影响,且对综合力学性能的影响存在最佳配比。
The study of silicon and rare earth elements for the pattem of their influece upon ZA27 regressive designing alloys mechanical properties have been studied with the experimental method of the orthogonal. This study shows that silicon and rare earth elements have a notable influence on the compressive strength and the impact toughness of the alloy, and an optimized ratio in the influence on the systhetic properties.
