摘要 研究了回火工艺对27SiMn液压支柱用无缝钢管综合力学性能的影响。结果表明,在520—640℃回火,随着回火温度升高,试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度呈下降趋势,而伸长率和断面收缩率呈上升趋势;在560—600℃回火时,试验钢的表面布氏硬度HBW介于250—267之间,满足目标值要求。工业试制及批量生产结果表明,经580℃回火后钢管的综合力学性能均满足用户要求。 In the paper, the influences of tempering process to the overall mechanical properties of seamless steel tubes for 27SiMn hydraulic props are studied. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature when temper at 520-640℃,the yield strength and tensile strength of steels are decreasing,but the elongation and reduction of area are increasing;the Brinell hardness of surface for steels is between 250 and 267 when temper at 560-600℃, which could meet the target values. The results of industrial trial productions and batch productions indicate that the overall mechanical properties of steel tubes could meet the user requirements after temper at 580℃.
