摘要
针对1000t/d水泥熟料生产工艺的要求,介绍了基于PLC的DCS控制系统,阐述了控制系统的总体方案、软件设计、通讯网络设计和主要功能,以PLC和DCS技术为核心,结合工业控制网络和组态软件,实现了全厂的集中管理和各控制站的分散控制。
In accordance with the requirement of production technics of 1000t/d cement chamotte the DCS control system based on PLC is introduced.The whole plan,designs of software and communication network,major functions of control system are expounded.Makeing PLC and DCS as the core technology and combining industrial control network with configuration software,the system implements concentrative management of whole plant and distributed control of each control stations.
