摘要
针对水泥生产工艺的要求 ,介绍了基于PLC的DCS控制系统 ,阐述了控制系统的软硬件设计、通信网络设计、控制回路和主要功能 ,以PLC和DCS技术为核心 ,结合工业控制网络和组态软件 。
In accordance with the requirement of production technics of cement,the DCS control system based PLC is introduced.The designs of software and hardware,communication network,control loops and major functions of control system are expounded.Making PLC and DCS as the core technology and combining industrial control network and configuration software,the system implements concentrative management of whole plant and distributed control of each control stations.
