摘要
火电厂卸煤生产线工作环境恶劣、自动化程度不高,严重影响操作人员的健康,同时给操作带来困难。因此,设计一套智能监控系统十分必要。本文结合黄石火电厂卸煤生产线实时监控系统,分析介绍了基于 PLC 实现计算机监控的原理,硬件结构,以及各个部分的软件设计。
The working condition of unloading coal production line in thermal power plant is poor, it greatly impairs worker＇s health, and it is hard for worker to operate, so it is necessary to design a monitoring system. This paper takes the real-time monitoring system for unloading coal product line in Huanshi thermal power plant as an example, expatiates the theory and the design of the system based on PLC.
