摘要
目的 :建立一种同时分离测定多种头孢菌素的高效液相色谱法 ,让各种头孢菌素在同一流动相中排序 ,既可用于鉴别又可用于定量测定。方法 :以磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH2 .6 ) 甲醇 (79∶2 1)为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :在同一流动相中可分离检测 6种头孢菌素 ,保留时间在 2 2min之内。并且每一种头孢菌素都有良好的线性。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: A RP-HPLC method was set up in order to separate and determine several cephalosporins. Method: Chromatographic condition included the mobile phase consisting of pH 2.6 phosphate buffer-methanol(79∶21), flow rate was 1 ml·min -1, a detecting wavelength was 254 nm.Result: Made it possible for several cephalosporins to determine and distinguish in the same mobile phase, t R was within 22 min. There were linearity for each of cephalosporins.Conclusion: This method is found to be simple, quick, and accurate.
