摘要
目的:25℃条件下,观察四种临床常用头孢类药物在输液中的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测量供试药品在5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中24小时内含量的变化,光阻法测量不溶性颗粒的变化,同时观察外观及测定pH值的变化。结果:头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶在测试期(24小时)内稳定,头孢唑林钠、头孢曲松钠含量在测试期(24小时)内下降大于10%。结论:头孢类药品应尽量用氯化钠注射液配制,且药液应现用现配。
Objective: To study the stability of cefuroxim ,ceflazidime,cetazolin and ceftriaxone in injection at 25℃. Methods :The contents of four drugs were determined by means of HPLC. The insoluble granules and PH of the samples were determined by optical- resistance methods and PH meter respectively. Results :The contents of cefuroxim and ceftazidime were higher than 90% of their initial levels , while the contents of cefazolin and ceftriaxone were lower than 90% of their initial levels. Conclusion :The results suggest that cephalothin should be colliquated in sodium chloride parenteral solution and be used as earlier as possible.
