摘要
网络正在改变着人类社会的一切 ,改变着传统意义上的教育的各个环节 ,同时也给中国的高等教育国际化战略的实施带来了新的机遇。因此 ,如何借用网络教育时代所提供的新契机加快中国高等教育的国际化步伐 ,从而推动整个中国高等教育的发展是个值得关注的课题。
The Cyber Age is changing everything in the human society, and also changing every aspect of the traditional education. This brings up new challenges to our realization the internationalization of China's higher education. Therefore, how to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Cyber Education Age to accelerate the pace of the internationalization of China's higher education and advance the development of China's higher education is a noteworthy problem set before us.
