摘要
本文将不同取代度的水溶性磺化-β-环糊精和手性冠醚用于分离衍生后的肉碱消旋体,考察了不同取代度的环糊精作为手性添加剂的分离性能,同时研究了低取代度的环糊精与手性冠醚的联合作用机理.
The water soluble sulfated- β - cyclodextrins with different degree of substitution and chiral crown ether were used as chiral selectors to separate carnitine. The effects of sulfated- β- cyclodextrins with different degree of substitution on the enantiomeric separation were investigated. The mechanism of enantioseparation using sulfated- β - cyclodextrins with low degree of substitution and chiral crown ether was also investigated.
