摘要 首次在毛细管电泳(CE)中分别用三种不同类型环糊精(CDs)作手性选择子对十种手性药物进行拆分,并拟通过不同药物的手性拆分情况比较。 compounds were chirally separated by adding α ,β , γ cyclodextrin as chiral selector respectively. Due to the different cavity sizes, α ,β ,γ CD have selectivities to the vip moleculars with different sizes and shapes, and the “size match” principle and complexation between CDs and the vip moleculars was introduced to explain the experimental results. The chiral recognition mechamism was further proved.
