摘要 在固定床反应器中研究了不同分子筛催化剂对催化裂化轻汽油和甲醇醚化反应的催化性能。结果表明 ,Hβ沸石的催化活性远远高于HZSM - 5、HY沸石分子筛催化剂 ,与D0 0 5型树脂催化剂的催化活性相当。B和Mo改性对Hβ沸石的催化活性提高较小 ,水蒸汽处理使Hβ沸石的催化活性有提高。粒径比小于 0 .0 2 3即可消除扩散影响。填加 30 %的氧化铝粘结剂对Hβ沸石的催化活性没有影响。在最佳的反应条件下 ,叔碳烯烃转化率可达 5 7.6 8%。 The catalytic properties of different molecular sieve catalysts for the etherification of FCC light gasoline were investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that Hβ-zeolite was as active as D005 ion exchange resin catalyst, was noticeably superior to HZSM-5 and HY. Increase of the activity of Hβ-zeolites modified with B and Mo was slight, but steam treatment make the activity of Hβ-zeolites evidently increase. As the ratio of particle size to the diameter of reactor was lower than 0.023, the effect of diffuse on catalytic activity can be eliminated. The addition of 30 % bonding agent Al2O3 can not decrease the catalytic activity of the bonded Hβ-zeolite catalyst. Under the optimal reaction condition, the conversion of tertiary olefins reached 57.68 %.
