催化裂化轻汽油临氢醚化生产清洁汽油 被引量:9

HYDRO-ETHERIFICATION OF FCC LIGHT NAPHTHA FOR CLEAN GASOLINE PRODUCTION

摘要 介绍了中国石油抚顺石化分公司石油一厂以小于75℃的催化裂化轻汽油馏分为原料,采用抚顺石油学院研制的临氢醚化工艺和催化剂,在临氢醚化中型试验装置上先进行临氢醚化再进行普通醚化的试验。结果表明,该醚化工艺条件缓和,工艺流程简单,催化裂化轻汽油醚化后与催化裂化重汽油调合后,与原全馏分催化裂化汽油比较,其烯烃含量(荧光法)下降了9.6个百分点,汽油的辛烷值提高1.0个单位,达到清洁汽油标准。 Hydro-etherification of FCC light naphtha (<75℃) was conducted on the hydro-etherification pilot plant of No. l Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company using the process and catalyst developed by Fushun Petroleum University. The process condition was moderate and the process flow was simple, the light naphtha was hydro-etherified and followed by conventional etherification. The etherified FCC light naphtha was mixed with the original FCC heavy naphtha and compared with the original full range FCC naphtha. The experimental result showed that the olefin content and octane number of the former were 9.6 percentages lower and 1.0 unit higher respectively than those of the latter, which met the clean gasoline standard.
