摘要
研究了 β 沸石对FCC轻汽油醚化反应的催化性能 ,考察了硼改性对Hβ 沸石的催化性能及表面酸性的影响 ,并用NH3 TPD和IR表征了改性后Hβ 沸石的表面酸性。实验结果表明 ,适量硼改性改善了催化剂的性能 ,提高了醚化反应活性 ;调变了催化剂的表面酸性 ,使得催化剂上弱酸中心的强度有所增加 ,强酸中心的强度略有下降 ,总酸量增加 ,且以L酸为主 ,L酸中心有利于醚化反应。
The catalytic performance or Hβ zeolite for catalyzing the etherification of FCC light gasoline with methanol is studied The effect of B on the surface acidity and catalytic performance of Hβ zeoliteis investigated NH 3 TPD and IR are applied to characterize the surface acidity of the modified Hβ zeolite It reveals that the modification by certain amount of B improves catalyst performance,increases etherification activity,changes surface acidity of the catalyst,increases moderately the acid strength of weak acid site on catalyst and decreases moderately the acid strength of strong acid site, total number of acid sites is increased, and L acid sites are predominant in the increasing number of acid site, L acid sites are beneficial to etherification reaction
